Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 October 2026
This is the full text. The bot's own /privacy command gives the same policy in short.
What the bot stores
- Chats it protects: ID and title, member count, trial dates and settings.
- Their admins: IDs, names and @usernames.
- Cases (an impostor banned, or a request to the admins): the sender's ID, name, @username and avatar hash, the chats it happened in, and the name of the admin who decided. Only senders who look like an admin or like the chat are recorded.
- Whitelist entries (an admin says a sender is no impostor): the sender's ID, name, @username and avatar hash, and the approving admin's ID.
- People who pressed Start: ID and chosen language.
- Payments: who paid, the amount, the dates and Telegram's payment ID.
An avatar hash is a short fingerprint used to compare pictures; the pictures themselves aren't kept. The bot doesn't store messages. When it acts on an impostor, it can send the chat's admins a copy of the message in Telegram as evidence (you can switch that off in the chat's settings).
Why
To recognize impostors, send notifications to a chat's admins, apply plans, and handle payments and refunds. Notifications and requests go to the chat's admins, in a private message or in an admin group they link, and show the sender's ID, name and @username.
Where
In a Supabase (Postgres) database. Payments are made with Telegram Stars inside Telegram, which processes them under its own privacy policy; the bot receives only the record described above.
When the bot is removed from a chat
The chat's title, member count and admins are deleted. Its settings, cases and whitelist entries stay in case the bot comes back, and so do the chat's ID and trial dates, so that a chat gets only one trial.
Selling and deleting your data
We don't sell your data. To have your data deleted, write to support: send /paysupport to the bot and it shows how to reach us.
This website
The website has no cookies, no analytics and no scripts or fonts from other sites. It opens in your browser's language if it has one, and in your system's theme. A language or theme you pick in the switchers is remembered in your browser; that choice never leaves it. The service that hosts the website may keep ordinary server logs.
